About Us

Founded in 1960, Mohawk is a premier member-owned flying club based at Gerald R. Ford International Airport (KGRR) in West Michigan. We currently operate four aircraft that are hangared at KGRR including a Cirrus SR20-G3 GTS . The club emphasizes safety, continuous aircraft improvement, and camaraderie.

We have actively added a 4th aircraft to our growing fleet. All located at KGRR-Grand Rapids, MI in hangars with electric bi-fold doors and new paved apron taxiways.

Our Membership Officer can also help facilitate member-to-member or Club Treasury sales. Monthly dues are reasonably set to cover fixed costs including insurance. Each member pays for their flying costs monthly. Scheduling is online and we have monthly meetings to discuss club topics and foster our shared enjoyment of flying.
